This totally novel patented device is a light-weight, compact, robust, simple and unique answer to your problems with wheelie-bins and lanes. It slips over the tow-hitch with a simple slide and rotate patented locking action. The wheelie bin handles then fit into the two patented carrying arms of the BIN-TOW and the lid is immediately, automatically and securely locked shut.
The design allows the bin to be towed over rough or uneven terrain with confidence at a speed according to the bin manufacturer’s specification* . It is designed for use on private lanes and unadopted roads only.

All that remains is for you to drive to the end of the lane where the process is reversed. The wheelie bin is lifted from the BIN-TOW with its contents intact.
